Requirements

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards. The Project Manager will utilize their strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project success.


Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation:


Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring:


Coordinate and manage project resources, tasks, and activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder Management:


Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.

Engage and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Address stakeholder concerns, negotiate agreements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:


Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

5. Team Leadership and Development:


Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.

Identify training and development needs, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.


Requirements:


·        Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or information technology.

·        Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, preferably with web development projects.

·        Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·        Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

·        Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

·        Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·        Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

·        PMP certification or similar credentials (desirable).



Shift Time: 9 AM to 6 PM US CST
